The support site can be used to sign in to the support portal and submit issues or questions to the GitHub Enterprise Support ticketing system. It also offers information for GitHub Enterprise Implementation and GitHub Enterprise Training.
Opening a ticket via the contact form
Tickets may be opened via the GitHub Enterprise contact form. When filling out the contact form, use your work email address. Personal email addresses from public providers, such as Gmail and Yahoo, are not recognized by the organization. Additionally, the system will not allow personal email addresses to mark a ticket as Urgent.
