关于议题受理人 API

议题受理人 API 支持管理议题和拉取请求的受理人。每个拉取请求都是一个议题，但并非每个议题都是拉取请求。 For this reason, "shared" actions for both features, like managing assignees, labels, and milestones, are provided within Issues API.

List assignees

Check if a user can be assigned

Checks if a user has permission to be assigned to an issue in this repository.

If the assignee can be assigned to issues in the repository, a 204 header with no content is returned.

Otherwise a 404 status code is returned.
